Simply mind boggling. Gou Pei is extraordinary. A true visionary, her dreams must be FANTASTIC! It shocks me that she isn't listed as one of the best couturiers of the fashion world.
The creativity and artistry is mind blowing!
this is beyond the imaginings of regular mortals! her atelier is is at THE technical peak! it's like looking in the closets of louis xiv, the doge of venice and an emperor of china yet all in the future!
The designs are just out of this world.
The mind that these come from is a world treasure!!
So beautiful! I'm glad there's space in this world for her incredible imagination and exquisite workmanship. There's some good videos on UA-cam of her runway shows. Rihanna wore one of her dresses to the Met Gala a few years ago - the yellow dress with the long, long train.
