I was one of those completely random people who got recommended your Amazon video a while back, and I've watched every single video since then. I had completely stopped painting and doing music at at the time, and your videos helped reignite both of those passions again. I really appreciate everything you've given us all throughout the years.

me too! I had to go back and check when I started watching.
I have a friend who also stopped working on music and art and went to a slightly different direction which is game development, sure enough it ended up being addiction to just gaming being surrounded with lots of toxic people and games nowadays are mostly scams and waste of time anyway, in the end all this resulted into heavy depression and mental breakdowns.
Him going back to art and music was curing him again.
Sometimes we watch together TH videos whenever we can and it helps me to understand his passion and life more. Also you all inspire me to do art too, it's zen.
Not that much matters to me the final result, the art can be dodgy sometimes, instead the process is what matters, you learn something new + it's relaxing and hanging out. It's a great social activity to have. Something many people lose or don't even get the chance to have in the busy world.

Congratulations! You UA-camrs don't really realize what you do do. You reach us in more ways you can't imagine. I was homeless for 2 years, disowned by family for reasons undeserved. I was suicidal and the only thing I had was my phone. I found UA-cam. I went from that pathetic person to having an income, building my credit back up, getting sober, fixing up my late mother's house for the kids, and bought a motorhome. Now at 66 I can travel and enjoy the life I almost threw away. Thank you. You are worth it 🥰🤗🙏💚🦚🪶
When I found your channel I was but a mere teenager coming into adulthood, I was going through one of the worst depressive episodes I had had in a long time. I had no interest in anything anymore and I was severely jaded with everything I did. But one day I found your mural videos, watching you along your journeys getting to travel and enjoy what you do, and it was comforting to me. I eventually started to enjoy things again and even got back into creating art, and videos, and hanging out with friends. I managed to cope with my struggles by being able to find inspiration and motivation through your videos. So thanks Peter you're truly an inspiring hard-working artist, you deserve this milestone!

The music background explains why the random songs you make for your art videos just explaining what you're doing, could be ripped from the video and context and still be great music.

Honestly, you deserve every success you get. You worked hard not just on yourself but on your career too. You grew, became more open, and free, doing bigger, better stuff every time. I always wanted to do murals, that's how I found you, searching for someone who can give me some information on how to paint murals/walls, because I felt like everyone was gatekeeping information (I still do). I remember when you made 'how to' videos on mural making and the business of art, trying to help out people from the start (rhymed lol), and you saying, that 'You have to look and handle yourself as a business, because you have a life too.' resonated with me. Damn I remember that big mural you did (2019).. You and many other artists on this platform are the reason I got back into art, I sit here now while my kids are asleep and draw along to so many people's videos now it's crazy and surreal..
I just remember sitting in my living room, one day, just looking for art, (unknowingly) craving art, wanting to see others create and do their work, to feel inspired again.. What I didn't realize back then was that I NEEDED art to help me grow as a person. I needed to do art to help my mental health improve and be a better parent.. I did alot of growing over the last couple years, soul searching, unlearning and learning...
Man dude, I feel like so many talented artists have such similar journeys when it comes to drugs. Thank you for sharing your story because I felt like you were telling mine as well. out of many of your videos the past few years this one really took a a couple slices of cake. I really enjoyed the format and more serious approach to another chapter of your story and quick recap. I really do hate missing the chance to meet you a few years ago back when you had your shop in Seattle, but you were busy busy and in-between murals. This video had a lot more oomph in it for me and really kept me invested. I hope there are more like this to come. Even though I'm no longer in food service I found myself in another slump and grind, but at least it's with painting. But it's not enough and I hope I can find the burning passion in myself to really unleash and stop holding myself back. Cheers dude. Thank you for always being creative and moving forward.
