  • The Turkish Get-Up is a movement which uses the whole body to lift up a weight overhead from the ground up. It teaches focus, coordination and skill. Using mobility, stability and strength to "get-up", one will develop stronger shoulders and mid-section muscles, as well the ability to connect to whole body as one piece.
