This looks like Mike mentzer duty routine . If it is it does work but don’t go to heavy with the rear delts lateral it’s a small muscle 20lbs -25 is enough

Started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago and already 4 lbs down Alhamdulliah, your videos have been very helpful. Also im doing a P/P/L split 3 days a week, in your opinion should i include a cardio session in the week or is that unecessary if i keep my diet on point?
salam alaykum - depends on your goal brother, are you trying to lose weight or are you trying to lose weuight and pack on muscle?

@@MK-zf6or Burn fat and maintain the muscle i already have, i used to weight train alot in high school/college so i have a decent amount of muscle covered up by all the weight i gained.

Everyday 10.000 steps even the days you don't workout, and if you don't do them but you're in a calorie deficit you're still going to be burning fat In sha Allah

@@skywalker31 a cheat code for walking to burn more calories is slower speed but higher incline. I typically do max incline on my treadmill and a speed of 2-3

What a video idea not seeing anyone doing this, practising what you preach
you're doing low count sets. Are planning on bulking up? Personally I would stay in the 8 to 12 range physique wise.
I do mostly 4-6,6-8,8-10 for key lifts
Hypertrophy can be achieved in any rep range.
8-12 is a solid rep range, but if your goal is to increase your bench press, while also getting bigger, than 8-12 is horrible.
Brother, I want to get into lifting however I don't have an at-home gym and my only option for now is a mixed gym filled with improperly dressed women. What is your advice for my situation? Jazakhallahu Khair
yes, that´s a hard one, I used to go to the gym as well, al hamdu lillah here in the UAE there are gender separated gyms but it was a waste of time and the music would be too much so I got this equiptment at home, and it was a very good investment, if you have to go to the gym just don't go at the peak hours like 5 pm onwards, until you can get some equipment at home In sha Allah
buy yourself a pullup bar and a pair of gymnastics rings and then do calistenics. Look at physiques of gymnasts they are jacked and mostly do bodyweight. Also check out calistenics UA-camrs such as fitness faqs!
