What do you carry in your ReFlex IFAK System?

- The ReFlex IFAK was developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. The ReFlex is a two-piece system, med roll and carrier, that is designed to carry organized medical supplies with ambidextrous accessibility. The system, constructed primarily with heavy-duty nylon laminate, allows rapid deployment of medical supplies. This system was designed around the medical supplies included in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK. The ReFlexTM Carrier and ReFlex Med Roll can be purchased together or separately.
Ordered mine and immediately mounted the system to my belt, very easy to reach & pull away even when in full kit. I highly recommend.
Bought this about 6 months ago. Attached to the middle of my back on my belt. Amazing!
You must be flexible with both arms. The purpose of this system, "shooter prererence" is to be able to get to it quickly and easily with both arms. So are you able to reach this if you are laying on your back with both arms? You definitely were NEVER in the military.

Just bought this pouch in multicam for my "battle belt" setup. Kept it pretty basic. Here's what I keep in mine:
- Quikclot Combat Gauze
- Hyfin Chest seal (x2)
- T3 Bandage (aka "Israeli Bandage")
- Nitrile gloves
- Trauma Sheers
- Chem Light (x2)
- SOF Tourniquet

From what it is made off ? Nylon ? Cordura ?
Do you guys sell just the insert? Looked on your site but couldn’t find it. Purchased just the carrier.
We absolutely do, our ReFlex IFAK System is a two-piece system. On our website you can purchase the full system, the carrier (which is the outer portion to attach to your belt, etc.), or the med roll (which is the inner portion shown in the video).
