Guys, I thing that i found the reason for this issue. TheBuffaloPhil said that when the technician changed his air nozzle unit the problem was solved in his case. Ok, but I have the same issue and my opinion is that the air nozzle is not the problem, because i cannot see any cracks or deformations in mine. I have 3 co2 magazines - 2 with output valve with bearing inside and one magazine with normal output valve. My problem happens only with the magazines with the bearings. I made a little research about it and I found that the output valves with the bearings are designed for
KJW MK 02, which is pistol without blowback. My advice is just to check the output valves of your magazines. If you are using the model with the bearing, just replace it with normal.

Ok, in my case that was the issues. I ordered the correct output magazine valves (cm-5 number) and resolved the problem.

i had the same problem at first i thought i had too light gas i had 2.0 green gas but then i just put some solicone on the blue nozzle and suddenly no problem or nothing everything works perfectly now

i also think that is is becaus they did not lubricant the rails so i also did that ass wel and i use red gas 3.0 now works like a dream now

Check your nozzle (the blue part) is it crack or broke, it usually bad nozzle cause the burst gas thing

The exhaust valve pin is too short. Remove exhaust valve Loosen the screw at the bottom. Screw the paper back into the gap, but do not screw it in completely so that the pin looks out further.

@@TheBuffaloPhil Mine does almost the same thing, the first few shots are flawless, then it starts to miss the shots and the sled doesn’t get stuck in the back when the magazine is emptied ... although it doesn’t let the gas out so spectacularly, but hiss one. do you have an idea?

Hello, I have literally the same issue with a brand new M9A1 form KJW as well. I bought a brand new mag thinking that this was the issue but it was not. Do you know by any chance if only the nozzle has been replaced(the blue part) or was the valve(the part which goes into the nozzle) replaced as well? I am still trying to figure out what the issue is... Could it be also a faulty trigger mechanism? Thank you btw for the good quality video! :)

The technician told me that he have to replace the complete nozzle unit. So the nozzle the valve and spring etc. Now after maybe 800 round the pistol still work pretty good but I had to make some modifications for the slide lock on the last BB didn't lock each time.
