- So. Off the bat, I'm beginning to feel like that conspiracy theorist meme where I'm overthinking significance of odd occurrences and linking everything in an attempt to explain. Cardinal coincidences were strange, but they were just TOO coincidental when they occurred. Linking to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for Week 13 where the talk centered on a hot air balloon (which linked to a nightmarish night from my past) was also very.... strange. This video, I go into what happened that night... since the strangeness from that night correlates to what we were praying out.
I was hoping with this visit, it would be a ray of hope like in the conclusion of the 52in52 book when I completed this the first time.
By the end, I don't know what to think. Fleeing doves, black crows cawing at unusual times, and praying out evil spirits from ailments left me feeling uneasy. A strange dream after the visit certainly didn't help. "In the name of Jesus..." can't get out of my head.
Before, this visit was filled with glowing light. After, all I could remember was the descending darkness when I left.

David, I found your podcast a few months ago and have enjoyed being invited to follow you on your journey. You seem to be honestly searching for truth. There is a scripture in James 1:5 that reads “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask do God, that give the to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” I have put this scripture to the test any times in my life and I know that the Lord answers prayers. David, my husband and I have very much enjoyed your podcasts. We were especially intrested in your visit to the LDS church and yes we are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. At the end of your second visit you mentioned a desire to read the Book of Mormon. Out of curiosity we read many of the comments made by the unfriendlies and it seemed like all Hell broke loose. You removed the statement about the Book of Mormon and we can certainly understand your reluctance to share that moment. In the Book of Mormon, Moroni chapter 10 the prophet Moroni makes a promise to anyone who will read the book, that if they would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ if these things are not true. And if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, and real intent, having faith in Christ He will manifest the truth of it unto you by the power of the Holy Ghost. By the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things. Put it to the test. It will change your life.
I just typed out a whole long thing and it out of nowhere deleted. In Jesus' name I will say this. I have been delivered several times from several things both trauma and sin.. soul ties, generational curses, etc. Every time that I knew I needed deliverance but didn't act, the demons would act up. It is like shining a light on them but not following through with getting them out. I'd have insane intrusive thoughts both suicidal and perverted... nothing like my real self I assure you. I have learned not to hesitate. It is hard to explain in a short message but I feel so free lately and I hate it that sooo many people even Christians think I sound crazy when I talk about deliverance!

Thank you for taking the time to describe so much detail in your experiences. I enjoyed hearing the perspective of both visits because there was such a contrast from the first time visiting. The call of a crow has always reminded me of mockery for a sort of taunting/provoking. From what I have observed of crows they are truly the bullies of the sky especially to Hawks and owls) while in the Blue ridge mountains hiking I've observed several times dozens of ravens ganging up and tormenting a Hawk so drastically that the hawk had to drop out of the tree just to get away from the onslaught.
Ravens are mentioned in the bible during times war and are described as them eating the flesh of the Dead after battle. also they were listed among the birds that were unclean to eat.(for the Israelite people)-
The colors of the birds bring in just as much symbolism. Black as a raven-representing sin and separation etc.
The male red cardinals could represent the blood of Christ and his righteous justification.
And the white dove 🕊️ may represents, innocence, purity, holiness. Or I'm just way over thinking this haha
The enemies goal is always desperate, isolate and demean and silence... That's why the enemy is spoken of as a Wolf among sheep.
Wolves while hunting scatter the flock then they targets the sheep that are isolated from the group, wolves hunt by targeting the legs of the animal and when you see one wolf the pack's not far away.

Hi David, I have been very much enjoying your blog/ UA-cam. I find it interesting that you do find fascination in the things around you that may or may not be spiritual. I am also LDS and the experience related by Joseph Smith of seeking truth he had Satan definitely trying to stop him especially it is very first verbal prayer to heavenly father. He was physically tortured to some degree at that time. In my own life I can see whenever I am doing my best to follow Christ and to help others, Satan is always trying to dissuade and put roadblocks in the way. The main thing I think would be helpful to you is to remember that God will protect you from these things from the spirits so long as you are seeking define him and truth. The only time he cannot help it is if you stop seeking. Thank you again for your testimony and your sharing your search.
Praise God for deliverance and healing! I pray all believers in Jesus would also believe in the authority and calling to lay hands and deliver and heal!!

I love the photos, especially the sunbeams one.
The lit image of Jesus on the cross reminds me that darkness is all around us but we need to focus on Jesus, the light of the world who saves us from that darkness. Personally, I don't believe in coincidence. I believe God is able, and desirous to meet us where we are with various means. Cardinals, ravens, dreams.
Your dream is your mind's way of processing your pains and fears from your past. In Christianity it is generally seen as a an opportunity to unite your suffering with Jesus's. Offer your suffering to Jesus on the Cross. Christians share in the suffering of the Cross. Thus did the image of the crucifixion make such an impression upon you.
In the dream she saw two former Missionairies serving together that were fascinated by the hot air balloons. Maybe that is significant? Perhaps the missionary part is an important part of that message to you! I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and as you know we are very excited to share the good news of Christ and his gospel with others. I feel honored to be apart of the church and know it will bless your life, as it has mine! Talk to the Missionairies!

That cross with the sun was more than God winking at you. Jesus was showing you his miraculous life and resurrection
By the looks of what you've seen, I was wondering if there is something that God needs to deal with you? Like you have an internal conflict, something that you need to deal and overcome. But that picture of the sunlight above the cross seems to be God's assurance that He is in control and He is with you throughout that inner battle your facing. May you find clarity in what the Lord is showing you in this hour, David.
As far as I could tell from googling, both crows and black squirrels are "good omens".
This comes to mind...worship the Lord in the beauty of His holiness. Praying that God will destroy all and every attraction, and give you focus on him and on him alone
the crows are telling you that there will be 2 dark events of similar significance, one is the lesser and the other is the greater.
Your dove looks like it has long narrow wings, which makes me think your first thought might be right about it being a seagull.
Your large birds of prey fighting in midair made me think of bald eagle courtship rituals.
They were ravens. Odin is keeping his eye on you. Now you really have something to wonder about..😉
Really?! I was comparing "caws" crow vs raven the next morning, thought for sure the answer was crow.
If it's indeed a raven, messed up part is was already planning to visit a Norse-insprired church (Washington Island Stavkirke) in a few weeks when the leaves change colors.

My advice to you would be to investigate out the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is Christ true church on the earth today. :)
You cast out satan and the adversary by saying, "In the name of Jesus Christ, I COMMAND you to leave. Ive been attacked in my sleep many times. Different from your experience. Sometimes, my mouth feels muzzled and I have to say it 3 times before it comes out clear.
I meant tell you that this is very interesting about the crows. I try not to share my attacks. They are dark. Its been awhile.
I believe by exploration you cannot discover God .It is only by seeking with a true heart that you will find rest for your soul .Navigating through many places is not the answer rather open up to Him the Messiah,the coming King is the way to go.Nothing absolutely can
change God's Word.Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever.Your experience is really wonderful but the Lord still has a place for you to know Him more.I know angle you are coming from God loves no matter what just respond to His amazing calling and you will know what He has for you.Thanks for sharing.
Brother, please take this in love. I discern that you are being tossed to and fro by this experiment because you are not grounding yourself with a BODY of believers (see 1 Corinthians 12) that you are a consistent loyal part of. And you are not letting yourself be poured into by solid doctrine but you keep going to less than biblical places- opening yourself up to spiritual attack. Test the spirits, (1 John) be a Berean (Acts 17)
“And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness. All those churches with conflicting beliefs cannot all be right - you need to seek the TRUTH, and accountability. May you no longer be tossed to and fro.
This. You are sanctified by Truth. (They word is truth.)
Spend less time on experience and more in the Word.
The devil loves to use spiritual signs, tokens, & miracles, impressions, etc.
Unless we are grounded in the Word. We will fall.
May your journey lead you to the truth. The truth shall set you free. It is my testimony that you will find truths and clarity if you prayerfully study the Book of Mormon. In the gospel of Christ (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints) and with the help of the guiding Spirit I have found peace and assurance. The gospel of Christ is my rock and my sure foundation.
Pentecostal churches and worship are horrendous. So the woman you were with was the pernicious one. You got removed from a dangerous place. Plus, there is nothing wrong with your personality. You are an introvert, which is fine. The nuns statuary was supposed to be. Museum. I did not believe the dove was places there that was a manifestation of God letting you know he was there, for you. Crows/ravens, whatever are highly intelligent birds. Overall, I do not think you should have been at that service. It sounds almost like it was an exorcism. So, you picked up on the energy around that service and that triggered your own spirits left over from past traumas. The positive thing about this was that the white dove was there for you to let you know you had the holy spirit’s protection, no matter what else was going on. The cardinal that flew over you was another signal that you do not have to worry about any of this, because before anything started the Holy Spirit was there for you. The dream, the fighting birds were phantasms. You saw what you saw but that was nothing more than a scary show. Do not forget about it but know that none of it was real. The use if pentecostal style music in an otherwise solemn fad in certain churches. As far as I am concerned that stuff is nothing more than supermarket music. I hope clerics will soon realize that its use is leading churches down the wrong path. Authentic worship is basically monastic style music and praying. Anything else is nothing more than pandering to what some think that young people want. I challenge that thinking. How do young people know what they want in a worship service if they have never experienced authentic liturgical worship?

Here is my take on your dream. You have internal conflict. You are trying to move in two directions. Take yourself back to your visits to the time you could relate to yourself most.
A couple of thoughts said in love.
Firstly, I think the dream is self-explanatory. You have been searching for the church, a group that claims Christ. In so doing, you have led many others to find groups that claim Christ. However you are alone. In this process you have gone to dark places, not all the churches that claim of Christ, are his. And so doing, you have placed yourself, as a Target in the spiritual warfare.
The only defense, is for you to find the right Church. Currently you are not on that path. The reason for that, is you have not made, the word of Christ, your watchword. That is to say, you are looking at the experiential, not the scriptural. Your signs (like cardinals), your emotions, etc.
The standard for the church, can only be the word of God. Spend time in your Bible, look at their doctrines, not their style of worship, their dress, or even the quality of their members. Find which church preaches the Bible. That is where you need to go.
Secondly, remember that the devil, can work signs and wonders. To such an extent, that scripture tells us he will deceive the very elect, were it possible. Elsewhere, we are told, all who dwell upon the Earth will be deceived (those whose mind are earthly.) He asks will Faith even be found upon the Earth. Signs are not always demonic but we are told to "test the spirits" how? "To the Law & to the Testimony, if they speak not according to this word, there is NO light in them." Emphasis added.
I am praying for you brother. I believe you are genuinely searching. May God bless you and keep you, the palm of his hand, until that wonderful day of the Lord, Amen.

Just stumbled across your videos on my feed for the first time and I'm finding them super interesting and enlightening. I'm curious if you've had other experiences like these come up with any of the other churches you have visited, or if this has been a new thing since visiting The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints? As a member of the church I was struck by the timing of specific signs that had meaning to you, and by the fact that you went into that second meeting feeling like you knew something would have meaning for you and the hot air balloons came up. I also noticed many times in this video how similar some of the feelings and questions you have been struggling with, and the experiences you have been having are similar to many things experienced in Joseph Smith's first vision. I was especially struck by some of the feelings you have had surrounding your dream and an experience that happened to Joseph immediately preceding the vision. Thanks Meggie, appreciate your time viewing the channel and your comment here. Nothing quite like what happened with LDS. It's weird to even discuss this stuff, because none of it makes any logical sense. When more charismatic churches, I always felt uncomfortable with the idea of spiritual gifts, since it felt like a way of a believer being especially being bestowed a privilege from God. That always sounded self-centered. With my random cardinal sightings, I'm uneasy believing that there's a spiritual reason behind it - because that would say God would favor me. I dislike that idea, and I need to guard the heart as the Bible often says.
Either way, the way this worked for this visit is so bizarre.
