I like this product or the garnier one! I get dark knees and elbows so i use a plain moisturiser first like you do with normal tan. I would be interested to try the before shower tan! X
Yes I have used the dove. It’s good. I am half Italian so I have easy tan skin, and a dark base. The dove is good value for money. Not expensive like some of the high end products. Your tan looks lovely and natural, I wouldn’t want the up keep of it and the maintenance myself, however, much better than tanning beds and tanning. Also, not everyone can tan, but then look and those with lovely Irish skin complexions and they generally have lovely skin.

You can dry the dove tan with an air dryer with the cold setting too

I prefer gradual tanners too. I find by sleeping in gradual tanner for 2 days saves u from washing it all off and applying more. Then after that u can apply another layer gradual tan etc. the longer u keep it on the darker it gets and smell dissipates.
I prefer gradual tanner :) less messy
I use the st tropez mousse and it lasts for a week or more depending on how often i shower or sweat. Smells like nothing and no streaks

Just incase you didn't know you can now get a summer revive (or whatever its called) for your face! I got it in Tesco but I'm sure other places may stock it x
I like self tanning, but my skin is so dry its hard for me to use it because the color builds in certain places and doesn't look good.
You should try the Gló kit by Lydia Millen Gordon which has a back applicator and exfoliater in!
Get the elemis body scrub rather the frangipani ( my favourite) or lime and ginger, you will not be disappointed!! 🥰

I am in my 30s now (early 30s) and I would like to invest in my skin more with a more comprehensive routine. Any tips and tricks (including products) you could share would be lovely. Dove gradual tan now do a small tube of facial Tanner now and it’s lovely and moisturising . I apply it after my serums and let it dry for ten mins then just blot the excess off gently so it’s not too greasy . Looks great next morning !!

I use the tan luxe gradual tan or the Isle of paradise medium water but to be honest I just can't be bothered with the process. Its so annoying haha
I based my tanning routine on yours from your old video. I'm much paler than you, and I only use cruelty-free products, so I tweaked it to suit me. I use Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam in Dark on a Sunday, and top up every day using their Gradual Tanning Milk. I love that the tanning milk isn't sticky like the Dove one (I used this back in the day before I went cruelty free). I scrub every sunday with a homemade scrub (dark brown sugar, rapeseed oil and a few drops of essential oil, before applying fresh tan for the week 🙂 As I am so pale to begin with, I definitely feel like I need the tanning foam to start out with as a base for the week.
