Yes she is one of those people who actually enjoy being up that early, like biologically it's easy for them. If I wake up at 5 it doesn't matter if I slept 10 hours I feel physically sick😂😂
I dont know how she does it im 22 and struggle to take care of myself nevermind waking up at 5 every morning to work out and looking after 4 children and 6 dogs my hearts racing thinking about it! 😭😭😭

I appreciate Anna speaking out about us not comparing what we eat to what she is eating on a day to day basis. Also then explaining why doing that is not helpful. That made perfect sense to me!! Thank you.

Chef's triangle actually revolves around fridge, sink and hob, not the worktop... The idea is that you take produce from the fridge, wash it in the sink and then cook it... Work space is between it anyway :) Just a little kitchen planner knowledge there 😊😊

The kindest people i have supported since 2014 for that reason. Having a period means your healthy and take care of your organs and system you not taking the one that would stop your period is very in tuned with yourself good for you right on! ❤️❤️ thank you for uploading three times a week i know it’s a lot.

I also just wanted to come on here to say... thank you for being open and honest about your body ‘journey’. As a mid 30s, Mum of 3, and coming in to Spring over here in NZ, you are giving me some confidence to wear what I want to wear this summer (or at least try). I am 100% not confident in my body at all, especially post children, however you dressing your new body and still wearing clothing that isn’t ‘body covering’ and smock like is motivating. So thank you. And by the way, I think you look absolutely fabulous... not “looking good for a Mum of 4”... you just look beautiful in general, regardless of being a mum or not! So thank you 🙏 and I wish you well in your recovery 💞

I got a new kitchen a couple of years ago and each place I went to mentioned the triangle to me. Its bad that whoever designed your kitchen didn't take it into consideration. Plus you have a huuuuggee kitchen so its like a mile trek ha.
I recently moved and now have a small kitchen. Everything is now close to everything else no matter what lol.

Anna - Such an important point about the chef’s triangle! But I think the third point is to be the sink with prep counters on at least two of the arms of the triangle.
