I don't believe so, that's one of the downfalls of digital products. I'd recommend including a terms of use as part of your download file that outlines what the purchaser can and can't do with your product, however they could choose to ignore this and still upload it to the community. At least if you have the terms of use in place and someone does decide to upload it, you can submit a request with ClickUp to have it removed.
If you haven't been seeing many sales then it might be a good idea to change up your product listing details, change the title, update the photos. See if that makes a difference before giving up on your current products. But creating new products regularly can help boost your store too. My store has made 29 sales which is over $350 in revenue to-date, I am quite happy with that because I really don't do a lot with it.

Hey I’m fed up with Etsy so I’m ganna change my products , I’ve look at your store you only have 12 sales isn’t that concerning I only have two sales
