5:47: You don't need to glue the two caps, if you still have one of the bottles. Just cut the neck of the bottle, to a point where you can put one of the caps by pressure below, and the other will be screwed normally on the bottle thread. I had made some little boxes like that to carry salt, sugar, pepper, etc, on my bike packings and campings.

Simply great....loved it, the mechanism to hold the light to the handle bar was too good....but you took a great risk by holding the cap with fingers and drilling five holes so close to each other for inserting the LEDs...should have used soldering iron to do it.....can another LED be attached to the back cap to ascertain charging is on?
