    I like the use of the negatives. I really need to incorporate more negatives into my workout. Love the partials with negative at the end looks f@#$ING tough. Keep pulling your way to the top. one of my favorites. really enjoy your different exercises. ARTISTIC

    • @jashflash77
      @jashflash77  7 років тому

      Thanks brother! You've been inspiring me with your consistency. Negatives are highly under rated and most people don't know how to use them affectively. Always slow because injury can happen quick with them. If your tendons aren't use to them. Appreciate it brother!

    Good stuff bro! My weakness is the non dominant arm, that is holding me back really with OAC training, but i keep fighting, and will get it!

      Coming off a period of inconsistency, just trying to get back into the trend of improvement. I got into track and field this year as well, the season just finished. I already miss it, so I'll be adding that into my routine once a couple nagging injuries heal. Keep grinding.

    • @jashflash77
      @jashflash77  7 років тому

      Joshua Butkevicius Love track and field. I use to be pretty good at it. Hope the healing process is quick. Take your time and be smart. What events did you do in track and field?

    • @joshuabutkevicius6855
      @joshuabutkevicius6855 7 років тому +1

      100m and 200m, sometimes I jumped into the 400m or 4x400m. My times were 12.75, 26.48, and 61.5. Nothing too impressive, but I have the whole year to train. That's cool that you were in track, I wish I got into it sooner, only one season left in high school:(

    • @jashflash77
      @jashflash77  7 років тому

      Joshua Butkevicius You should try hurdaling. You'd probably be pretty good at it with your flexibility. I have a few things that would make you faster. If you would like to hear about them just let me know. I ran all those to. I ran under 11sec. in the 100m, 22 something in the 200m, and 49sec in the 400m. I also did the 800 and long jump. I was lucky enough to get scholarships for it.

      Thanks my friend! Haha! Funny stuff! That stuffed animal must've been heavy. My dominant arm is stronger ( the right). Luckily the left is very close behind.
