Govinda's coolie No.1 too was painful to watch. Varun Dhawan overacts everytime but govinda was equally pathetic. Some people say govinda used to be a big star long time ago but I haven't seen it. But when I watch Govinda's films on TV, it's unbearably painful. Every films of Govinda is a crap. He looks so ugly and classless.

That is why I said, in the best case scenario it could have been used as an unintentional wrongful generalisation, and in the worst case scenario, it could could be used as some kind of derogatory/racial term. Unfortunately, I think every region has names for people coming from other regions.
