I hope you are all doing well. Welcome back to my channel. I am so excited to share with you Episode 2 of our series, 'Come Dine With Us' where myself, Iwan (Mr Carrington) and Kate McCabe get together virtually every Friday to host a UA-camr dinner party.
This week, I made the starter, Iwan made the main and Kate made the dessert.

I made the vegetable tart yesterday after watching episode 1! My partner took it into work with him as he still has to go to work and all of his co-workers loved it.

One of my fav canapés with Stilton is slice a baguette into inch thick slices, bake for about 5 mins on a baking tray. Cut up a fresh pear into walnut sized pieces, stuff one in the centre of each piece of bread, great your Stilton , then top each piece with it bake again until the Stilton has melted 😁your welcome enjoy 🙏🤗

I love this starter Luke, as they look so good and relatively easy to make. Even better, as you say you can store them uncooked till you need them. Ill definitely be doing these at some point. 10 out of 10.

Ooops had my mains first ..... looks great, will definately try these but with an alternative to bleu cheese. 👍to the dink ..Prosecco and Gin whats not to like. 8/ 10 ..
Totally living for that intro! Watching this with the hubs and he literally did a Homer Simpson drool as he saw the puffs come out of the oven. He LOVES the crusty cheese off the baking tray. Whenever I make anything like chicken stuffed with cheese, he picks the cheese off the sides of the cooking tray.
We both agreed we love the salsa, we make it often, but we would definitely chuck a chilli in there.

Oh Luke I loved the commentry. I can't wait for my procesco and slo gin. Not a fan of Stilton. My favourite is Manchego cheese.

Both the cocktail and puff look delicious! Thought I would share a tip. I have weak hands and this still works for me. Take a dishtowel and cover the top of your champagne or prosecco bottle. Then, pointing the bottle away from you, twist the dishtowel covered cork. It is easy and zero chance of the cork flying out dangerously. I think I got that tip from Martha Stewart twenty or more years ago and it has never failed me.

The starter looked fab & the cocktail......i didn’t think u were going to get the cork out!!!!! Twist the bottle as u do the cork it will come out easily......Def 10/10 from me.....look forward to next weeks......Fridays are def to be looked forward too.....

Luke lovely starter love blue cheese these did look tasty albeit a tad naughty definitely an 8/10 think Mr Carrington upped his game albeit burnt salmon skin but I like it like that after last weeks cheese cake he wins this week Kate’s Elton Mess was cool too and Kate did not give up with the meragne look forward to this Friday xx so thank you all xxDebs from Beckenham xx
