Family there and they Absolutely need to upgrade I believe sooner or later Tyler is going to emerge into Jacksonville and take over which is needed from my understanding they need jobs more shopping places more industrial facilities etc. Personallythere is no way that I could live there….Tampa to Jacksonville nope

You drove Rusk st right across the main highway & missed the whole town. You should've turned left at 69 (Jackson St) & took the highway to the edge of town or turned right at 69 then left on 175 then left on Bolton. That would've taken you thru the older part of town. Then on your left you'd see the main section where all of the boutiques, salons & antique stores are. You missed the highlights. Next time stop & visit the Treasure Cove M all on Commerce & S Main. You'll find tons of memorabilia & crafts
