Hotter smoker needed. Or, quick chat on hot grates afterward. These were the most amazing chicken thighs!!!!!!! It’s fun to experiment though. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Looks amazing! Thanks for posting. Is there a reason you used margarine as opposed to real butter? I would encourage you to get a wood cutting board. Saves your knives and makes for a better prep experience.
Parkay has with stood the test of time on the barbecue circuit and is widely used during competitions. Butter when it melted, tends to have some forms of solids in the liquid and could you run the risk of scorching. So I generally stick with Parkay. Yes I totally agree with you about the cutting board. I have two really nice wooden ones but they were not available for me to use when I shot this video. I absolutely hated to cut on that glass board. Thank you for watching and commenting and appreciate your support.
Hey Z Man- Thank you for asking. Working a lot with limited time on the weekends; not allowing me to create content. Hope to get back to my passion soon. Appreciate your thoughts. Stay safe my friend.
I understand but I’ve experienced bits of bone dust in unrinsed chicken. Rinse carefully but I do feel it’s necessary. Thank you for watching and commenting.
I did a little research before I shot this video. There are a number of videos including competition cook videos where they preferred margarine over butter. I know margarine contains not so natural ingredients but it was a coin flip. Also there are some smoking videos where they have compared margarine to butter and actually preferred the margarine over the butter. Let us know if you have tried either margarine or butter in your recipes and what your opinion is on that. Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate your input!
Stop calling that gross crap butter, I was going to refrain from lampooning you for knofe abuse but after the margerine bath chicken I can't believe someone still uses their knives on glass cutting 'board'

I don't rinse because you can splash chicken juice all over your sink area.

Big thumbs down for the use of margarine.
