準備材料:
高筋粉 300g
細砂糖 12g
食鹽 3g
耐高糖酵母粉 3g
雞蛋 1個
冰水 170g(預留20g慢慢添加)
熟黑芝麻 15g
貝果糖水:
1000g清水➕50g細砂糖煮至小泡
每一面煮20秒
烘烤:
上管200度,下管190度提前預熱
中下層烤20分鐘。

1 egg
170g ice water (reserve 20g and add slowly)
Cooked black sesame seeds 15g
Bagel Water:

Cook each side for 20 seconds
Baking:
The upper tube is 200 degrees and the down tube is preheated at 190 degrees.
Bake the middle and lower layers for 20 minutes.
