I want everyone to keep one thing in mind when buying cheese. Use cheese that uses microbial rennet because this is halal. That is why I buy Adam's cheeses because they use microbial rennet. Deen's cheese has rennet Chymosin which is rennet found in animal stomach. So it is mashbooh as it may be from animals that have not been slaughtered in the Islamic way. So if you buy cheese please check the ingredients to make sure it is halal. Else a little carelessness can affect our emaan.

Salam mam aapne bahut ache se exaplain kiya hai.. per 2 sawal hai. 1. Pizza dough ko shape dene ke baad rest dena hai? 2. Oven me bake kerne ke liye top & bottom dono gril on kerne hai? Yeh sirf bottom wali aur last me 2-3 minutes ke liye top wali on kerne hai? Plz reply thanks
