    All you need is a healthy diet of broccoli, avocado and tennis ball.

      Veggies & exercise are great, but a small variety of either leads to poor gut microbiome

    So if already healthy normal lifestyle, no increase in lifespan when going full health nut.

    Sorry but have to correct the misinformation he alluded to about a slender person being healthy. Size has basically *NOTHING* to do with metabolic health, insulin resistance, muscle strength, etc. Those are huge factors for longevity & quality of life with less chronic illness
