Thankyou for dissecting the interview down to bite sized sweets😊
So diet and exercise are actually a waiste of time?
ohhh no its SLOWS down aging the Epigenetic Clock
All you need is a healthy diet of broccoli, avocado and tennis ball.
Veggies & exercise are great, but a small variety of either leads to poor gut microbiome
So if already healthy normal lifestyle, no increase in lifespan when going full health nut.
