Nice to see another VPI Scout 1.1 owner. I have a heavy three level wood stereo rack full of gear with two turntables on top. I use a square Sorbothane pad on thin mousepad like surface underneath the motor. I use Sorbothane round pads (with thin cardboard so as not to stick to the stereo rack) underneath each foot of both turntables. Finally, I have a 1/2 inch by 2-inch plastic pad nailed to the bottom of each wooden leg of the stereo rack. The rack sits on a hardwood floor and my speakers (KEF 104/2 floor standers) are close to the turntables like yours. I can jump up and down on the floor in front of the rack and there is no needle jump at all. You produced a very nice vid! I will check out your Lenco GL75 vid next.

Excellent video on how to eliminate damaging vibrations from your turntable. I'll be trying a few of these on mine in the future. Thanks for posting.
Great video I'll give it a go.
Where did you get the compact laminate board material from?
I got mine from a friend but it is available widely from kitchen worktop companies.
It's probably Corian.
What are your speakers?
I use a number of speakers but currently I am using Heco Celan GT 702
@AudioRamblings Never heard of them. They look fairly substantial for entry level.
