This was all about what they will do as they meet and discuss. These initiatives are long term plans. There is no plan for now with the resources that are already in place. Two people on that panel are part of the problem. Mulroy's administration is catch and release. CJ Davis has implemented no change since she came into the job. Hope is not a plan
