Thanks for this video. I have two observations 1) The word document created does not include the top part of the regression output (source and statistics) 2) The output for test results (eg. using testparm command) does not show up in the word document. Can you help with this?
Hello, May I know how to stack the results that are usually required for publication. e.g, the first line shows the coefficient, the second line shows the CI, and P-value only shows * for the significance.
You can use the *collect* suite of commands to customize the layout of the table of estimation results and export the table with *collect export* . Please look at the following example of how to create a table with those results: www.stata.com/manuals/tablesexample5.pdf Also, this example demonstrates the layout you need to place those results on the rows of the table: www.stata.com/manuals/tablesexample6.pdf . Please email us at tech-support@stata.com if you have any questions.
Most things were available in Stata 15, but the 'putdocx textblock' command was new in Stata 16, as well as the header, footer, and page number features. You can get materials at www.stata.com/downloads/putdocx.
Yes, you can use the - matcell() - option with - tabulate -, and then export the matrix as a table; type 'help putdocx table'. You can also use the community-contributed command - tab2docx -. Type 'search tab2docx' in Stata to learn about this command.
We'll forward your video request, but in the meantime you can email us at tech-support@stata.com with details about the tables you want to create, and we'll be happy to help you.
¿Porque no me reconoce el comando? Me dice que no es reconocido putdock y cuando intento instalarlo desde findit no me lo permite tampoco. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
This will help me out a lot for future reports. Thanks for posting this video.
Fabulous video! Thank you!

How can i append multiple tabulates, correlations and regressions into a single document?
Can you share do file or from where we can get? Is it available in stata 15?

@@statacorp I have been trying for a while, it gets complicated. Do you think you could also do a video about that, too?
