agreed man, Jordox's round was a masterpiece in terms of artistry all round even before you consider the actual theme! I think he should win on merit alone, though i did like Vilardos round and his insane skill (now with proper audio and video) it didnt feel quite as cohesive as a piece, just imo
I just don’t think it’s fair bringing up that controversy in this round he should have just done the standalone routine. Chez and sxin are already getting a lot of hate imagine if they didn’t let jordox win the backlash would have been a problem. Nonetheless a good message but was it really the right place and time? I thought bbu was a tournament to show your artistic side to beatboxing
@@rutsg8449 Jordox's piece was one of the most artistic things ive seen in this competition regardless of the message. an incredible music video, amazing atmosphere, the editing........in terms of right place and time, his original opponent was the guy at the centre of the controversy, so this routine would have been a savage front, like wow
@@colonelshoe7916 definitely but his opponent wasn’t tomaz and vilardo was the one who ended up getting screwed over very unfortunate I wish we could have seen more of vilardo.
@@rutsg8449 I wish we could see more of vilardo (and at least he got good exposure) but I dont feel like he got screwed over, I feel like jordox was a worthy winner and also there was no battle point to be awarded in this round so the whole front thing didnt count anyway, he won on the merit of the other categories

I really liked vilardos round, definitely a new fan of his, but jordos one of the only people in the bbu who have a clear message

@@minesystema for the bbu sxin and chezames competition they've said you have a better chance to win if you have better video and beatbox, I agree that beatbox is more important than the video, but it's not out competition is it

my favorite round of bbu so far is definitely vilardo
Jordox showed character by going for something like that. Needless to say it's a crucial message during a tough time in the beatbox community and someone needed to say something. In the context of a battle with Tomaz though, it felt a bit like low hanging fruit and I wish it was a standalone song; It soured it for me even though it's an unbelievable piece and production. I hope he doesn't win purely because the message is so overwhelming S&C feel like they have no choice but to choose him in fear of backlash for their past choices. The track stands on its own merit anyway but regardless of who wins I think there's going to be some people who are unhappy with the result.
Vilardo popped off. His track was so hype and high level with great flexes and battle moves even if there's no battle point. Vilardo is so unique with unique patterns, sounds and rhythms I just want to hear more from him. It's a great battle no matter who wins.

It was a good message but Vilardo just went extremely hard and in my opinion easily takes it.

Vilardo was much better in my opinion, the fact that the video is shorter than the jordox one does not influence anything, even because their 2 minutes were much more expressive and well spent, the jordox in a point started to get a little bored, vilardo was just blow after blow

We’re the accusations every proven to be true? I know chezame made an hour long video on it but i haven’t watched the whole thing. Can anyone give me a TLDR?
@@cxzay Well, what is said in S&C's video is that there's no 7 cases to be judged in court as accusations were set on web. Only 1, and artist from Chile is the victim in the case (because his ex made false accusations on SH and he sued her back). And still according to S&C the case from gbb, as far as I could understand, had false accusations in it based on investigations, but the overall case weren't judged in court yet. So yea, no final veredict so far.
@@cxzay 1. Cases almost never get proved even when they happen
2. There are an overwhelming amount of stories by individuals with no incentive to tarnish someone, which is enough justification to not allow someone around people at events

Oh so it’s kind of just an opinion kind of thing now as there’s a lot of evidence that he did and didn’t do it but none outweighing the other?
