2018 Land Rover Velar oil change DIY

Hey guys today I will be showing you how to do an oil change on a 2018 Range rover Velar.

Tools required:
-10mm socket with ratchet
-13mm socket or wrench
-oil filter claw or range rover velar oil cap
-funnel
-7.4 quarts 0w20
-brake clean

I always loosen the oil filter cap before opening the drain.. this way you ensure all the dirty oil is fully drained

Autel should depending on make and model I’m not too sure about lunch. Never had that scanner

Nah sorry I don’t. Most likely will need a scanner for the back to retract the parking brake motor though.

i think you can reset the maintinance without the computer

I believe you can but it’s a crazy process. Like open hood and driver door same time, right after ignition on and hold both gas and brake pedal at the same time until maintenance counter resets. I could never get it in one try. Took at least 6-7 frustrating tries to reset it. So I just posted that.
