    I feel like my brain just rotated in my head. I have always just slowed the song down in practice mode and slowly sped it up as i completed the song. I have never thought to actually speed the song up, but it makes alot of sense. When you speed the song up and practice at that speed for awhile, once you put the speed back to normal it will feel like its actually slow.

    • @shani1328

      All pro players will change height depending on the map, slower maps a normal height is good because it's easy to get good accuracy, faster maps a slightly lower height is nice so we can full swing.

    I’ve recently beaten ov sacrament (I know I’m late to the trend,) but if your hands are too small for the claw grip, like mine and you play on quest, because I don’t know if this grip works on other headsets as well, put your pointer on the bottom trigger of the controller and put your middle, ring, and pinky finger underneath eachother, put your thumb where ever it’s comfortable, if acc or speed is hard then put your thumb on top of your pointer and middle. Also hold the controller sideways. And for speed maps if your hands are slipping move your thumb up to where the joystick is and then put it right on the little white rim on the bottom and move it till it’s comfortable and there you go.
    Settings are all default but I think it’s Z position I put at 10. Change the settings how you want though.
    If your hands still slip after you move your thumb up, then keep a micro finer cloth on you and if you get sweaty pause the song. Then lightly (don’t like yank it cause it’ll probably break but unlikely) grab the little circle on the top of the controller. And if you have a carpet then gently wipe the sweat of on the carpet, make sure your wiping the side with the battery on the carpet, if you don’t have a carpet to use or are scared of wrecking the controller. Then use a micro fiver cloth to wipe it. Wipe the sides with micro fibre, and then wipe the spot where your pointer fingers and stuff were.

    I have high metabolism and I’m 16, 5 foot 6 and 90 lbs. I legitimately cannot physically move fast enough. Also, I feel like from expert to expert plus, expert plus places notes that are farther than my armspan. I miss notes that I would otherwise hit on expert. I can handle the speed, but they place the notes much farther than my tiny body can reach

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  2 роки тому +1

      using more wrist can help get to those side notes quickly, remember that the sabers are really long so with practice and a bit more wrist you can easily get those outer lane notes.

      @shani1328  Рік тому +1

      Sorry for a late reply, I've been playing beat saber casually on and off for the last few months and have only been using the valve index. It is a lot harder to do faster stuff with the index controllers than the quest one controllers but it is still possible to do the same things. The main thing you need to do is just put a lot a of mussle into wrist movements AND in the steam VR settings go to video, per application video settings, and then set additional prediction to what you want. I use 120hz so I have 2 ticks (16.66ms of prediction) this basically lets me swing more than I actually am in real life slightly.
      My index settings are
      POS
      X: -1
      Y: -4
      Z: 4.5
      ROT
      X: 32 (change this to what makes you feel most comfy)

      I assume when your left hand vibrates its the wrist, if so try using a bit more arm on your left hand. I reckon it'll improve with time but one thing that might help is trying to swing as calmly as possible if that makes sense. Like being less tense while swinging.

    • @shani1328
      @shani1328  2 роки тому +1

      the NJS mod has two main sliders, one called NJS and one is called NJD. NJS is note jump speed, this is how fast the notes move towards you, if you use NJS it will disable score submission though so I wouldnt recommend touching that. NJD is note jump distance, this is how far away the notes spawn from you, this does NOT disable score submission which means you can mess around with this setting and still submit scores. The higher the NJD (note jump distance), the longer you get to see the note before it hits you.
