I like the 2nd problem. Because if they share the same exponent, you can easily multiply the bases. For example, we know 12² is 144. However, if you separate 12 as 3*4 you can get 3² and 4². This leads to 9*16 and it'll lead you back to 144. Hell, 2² and 6² also works.
Edit: Answer is C and E. The reason why is because 16 is 4² and according to the exponential law, (4²)⁴, the exponents multiply. 2*4 is 8 so therefore, it'll lead back to 4⁸.

Didn't realize this was the algebra channel at first. I was waiting for the part where you make me feel like I don't actually know anything about math. Great video though, I still sometimes get mixed up on the rules of exponents.

i thought from the thumbnail it was a question of which is bigger and 4^3•4^5 is bigger
    4^3•4^5 is 4^8 or 16^4
    3^4•5^4 is 15^4
clearly 16^4 is bigger than 15^4

The answers are 4^8 and 16^4, because we can apply both the property of the same base and the property of the same exponent

    Paused it:
    For 4^3 * 4^5
    Arrange them to 4^3+5 = 4^8
    Therefore: letter (A) [4^8]
    For 3^4 * 5^4
    Arrange them to (3 * 5)^4 = 15^4
    Therefore: letter (D) [15^4]
