    I think we can also say "She didn't see neither of us" or "She didn't see both of us" or "She didn't see us". Are these wrong? Or any specific reason to say "Sheets didn't see You and me"?

    The last sentence seems to be incorrect. Even if Rahul said yesterday, he still likes chocolates. In reported speech something that stands to be true at present also, we don't change it to past. That's an exception to the rule. So, Rahul said that he likes chcoloates is correct and not liked chocolates.
