I think we can also say "She didn't see neither of us" or "She didn't see both of us" or "She didn't see us". Are these wrong? Or any specific reason to say "Sheets didn't see You and me"?

That's an exception to the rule. So, Rahul said that he likes chcoloates is correct and not liked chocolates.
