just in case anyone cares, here are the songs in order that they are played 1. song for dead malls and their surrounding communities 2. dog cooking eggs 3. eulogy for nick galvas 4. vengeance in cloudland i may have missed one in between all of the sweet noisefuckery though
Just saw him live a week ago in Berlin by utter chance. I'd never heard of him before. He was amazing! He just released his new CD with Cock Rock Disco called "From rotting Fantasylands" and I bought it at once at the concert :) And yes, "Eulogy for Nick Galvas" is on it too ;)
i love laurens music so much. ive been listening to her for many years and shes also my main reason for feeling comfortable coming out as trans/genderfluid! (shes trans!) i love seeing the older stuff of her music and seeing how far shes grown, on her twitter and such! i honestly hope one day i can be as fuckin cool as she is
^^^ I could not agree more. Vic Vankmen had told me that he put on a fantastic show, and Vic typically knows what he is talking about. I was fully blown away. This stands out as one of the coolest performances that I have ever seen any electronic artist pull off...and I have seen 100's of electronic artists. He should have a full album out on Cock Rock Disco in the near future!
of course it ends up being a vid from 2007 that has actually somewhat decipherable audio, the sucky thing about electronic music is it's tough to capture at live stuff like this off a camcorder mic or whatever.
@@NegaTheImpmon9508 attention shoppers & grievances and dead malls both came out in 2005! i believe she was also with beautiful mutants before that. so she's been at it for quite awhile
I think probably around 25-26, she's recently turned 40 about a week or two ago. (also just a bit of a friendly side-note, maaaaybe don't refer to a trans-person by their deadname, it can honestly be quite disrespectful.)
I love how Lauren ditches the hoody half way through like its no big deal ahah
She is a wonderful being tbh???
Breakcore + Noise + Classic = Awesome *-*

this is the greatest music in the world and he's gonna be a champion with babies
she's girl, now she makes music on her real name Lauren Bousfield
do you think you could do this with an mpc? A show like this, but without using a laptop?
people in the comments refer to lauren as a he in the older comments... was this before she transitioned?
Yes, it was before.
@@audiotactix i had no idea she made music before she transitioned..! thats dope!

NegaTheImpmon9508 All of the ndad stuff (and earlier, of course) was before she transitioned. I think she came out after the project was discontinued.
How old was lauren that time?
EDITED cus i accidentally misgendered lauren Dx
