Collars for individual plants, combined with an electric fence around beds or pots, seems to be the way to go. Probably wouldn't hurt to stick some 5 cm wide copper tape around the collars either.

Why; didn't this work for you? We have toads & very little molluscs, then there's always that ONE, who manages to destroy all the crops 😂
