I have and Corey sounds blown out from the Iowa tour. Unless you can show me a concert they did that I missed which is possible
He uses a different screaming technique here which is close to the technique for his gritty vocals. Nowadays he uses false cord screams which are executed in a different way than the gritty singing. So switching between gritty vocals and screaming became more difficult than switching between clean vocals and screams technique-wise. This could be one of the reasons he isn't doing it that much anymore to preserve his voice when on tour.
It was one of the best concerts in my life ^_^

Why Shawn leave the band?
Jean-Gabriel Lambert most likely something to do with the way Josh and Corey were running the band. Wouldn’t surprise me if Joel wanted back in to the band and they just continued without him or something like that too. The band gradually began suck ass as the original members left the band. Joel was better than Roy, Shawn was way better the guy they have playing bass now. He can’t even play this song properly. Truth be told, I do like Christian. He is a very good guitarist, but Jim is still better.
@@RuffisInc I saw them this year (2018) and they are really good and solid, but yeah, I get what you say. The current line-up doesn't have the same flow and vibe that this or the ST line-up had.
