I've found using the Google Chrome download of screenshot (it looks like a purple feather) is the best to use because you can let the music keep playing, but the picture is at a stand-still while the song plays. Also, with it being a select screenshot, you don't have to worry about cropping too much because for the most part, it's already cropped.
Expand the vid window and take a screenshot. You can just edit it by cropping off the rest of the stuff outside of the vid window. I do it often and the pictures come out with great quality.
