Well that was an april's fools joke. BUT considering all the facts and stuff like that, they are canon in a way, but not in the way that they'd love each other.
After all, Durarara!! is a 'twisted love story' so all the relationships there are somehow twisted and on the scale of love although theirs might be more of a hate relationship. Anyways, they're definitely canon in the way that some people think they're actually 'together' in that way. And because of other reasons too.
It has been years since you made this one and honestly every now and then I come back to it because I still love it so much

It's hard to get this awesome flow and that good quality of effects used but this is not the best on this amv. This amv directly transports the deeper message of the anime/manga which get expressed in the lyrics. This is art :D
