Andhra Style Chilli Chicken | ಆಂಧ್ರ ಸ್ಟೈಲ್ ಚಿಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕನ್ | 100% Andhra Style

ANDRA CHILLI CHICKEN - The famous chicken starter that you will not get anywhere in Andhra but only in the restaurants of Namma Bengaluru. The dish was made popular by the famous Bangalore Andhra restaurants like Navayuga Deluxe, Narthaki, Nandini and Nagarjuna. Its a very simple recipe that can be put together in minutes. There are a lot of variations on this dish and this is my take on the chilli chicken. Andhra Chilli Chicken would be a great addition to a party menu as a starter, appetizer or even as a side dish to rice varieties like pulao or biryani & even as a side dish for rasam, dal sambar. Making this hot &spicy south Indian chicken starter is quite easy & Grate taste. A very bachelor friendly recipe too.
