I feel Indians and Italians are very similar. We both value family, traditions, culture and food. Our individual histories go back thousands of years. Italy is the India of the West and India is the Italy of the East.

i guess its true with all the east european countries and of course entire asia unlike the condemned demon human race in the western european continent and north american continent

Sorry...i dont agree with the point..India is Italy of the east....India's history, tradition, culture and civilisation is not just about 1000's of years...its more beyond....and still the discoveries are going on....India has given many great contributions to the world like Ayurveda, Yoga, Astronomy, Chess, Snakes and ladders, etc and lot more.....India has many natural beautiful places and climates...lets say...we have Deserts to Ice mountains to greenery mountains to back waters in India....tell me in which country we all have this....So India is India...dont compare other countries with our India 👍

Ho tanti amici in Bergamo e in Cuneo ...Vado in Italia sempre...

The first Italian that came to India did not study diplomacy or political science. It’s not even confirmed if she graduated from university.
She directly wrote the great book on dynasty politics
While her political treatise can’t compare to great Indian political works like arthashastra it was the first time a European taught the world politics

    Gracies Signore!
A little bit of Italian I know is from Assassins Creed. (Ezio Auditore Da Firanze)
    .
I don't know about Italian but a lot of European languages are similar to Hindi. Because of the same Indo-European language family group.
Sanskrit, Baltic Languages, Greek/Latin are the part of Indo-European language family.

I had cooked spaghetti in the past, but I removed from boiling water too late. From what I see in this video, spaghetti should be firm not soft. I buy spaghetti sauce in bottles, where I am I can get that's made in Italy. I guess in all of Europe Italian food is best. If you are a vegan or vegetarian its the best option in the west. You can get vegetarian cheese also. Thanks for showing how to cook spaghetti.

    • @indrajitgupta3280
      @indrajitgupta3280 Рік тому

It was FRUSTRATING and also enlightening to watch the spaghetti being cooked. It is one I do all the time, the most minimal way to cook a good pasta, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Pepperoncino, but the precision on display was an eye-opener. So, 1 litre of water for every 100 gms; 1 TBSP of salt for each litre of water, 2 TBSP of oil per 100 gms of pasta.
The second thing was getting real al dente. I use the same cookware, but let the spaghetti stay in for 8 minutes, and that is NOT al dente; after watching this, I tried 6 minutes. What a difference! Very educative. Very insightful.
The third thing was my hatred and frustration boiled over. WHERE does one get pecorino? It is not available, not even on Amazon. Mozzarella, even the lazy person's pre-shredded mozzarella, is readily available; parmigiano, OK, even the Kraft version (oh hell, there goes India-Italy cultural understanding and cooperation!), but NO pecorino!
PS: to Indians cooking pasta, those dimensions for water, for salt, for oil, were spot on. Try them without hesitation. Grazie, Signor Alejandro (I hope I identified him right - Alessandro?).
PPS: The video was brilliant. Nearly forgot to say.
PPPS: "Don't break the spaghetti"? WTF? Who does that?
