There were a lot of rewrites for the Palps vs. Windu scene. At one point Anakin was in the room before and during the fighting, which is probably why Palpatine is using his lightsaber for the stunts.
With regard to why it says Episode 5 on it, my guess is that it was lost in some Chinese translation that Emperor Palpatine makes his first appearance in ESB.
This is why Tuhqa is my favorite Saber channel bc even when he hates sabers he still gives you every reason to maybe love then and get them yourself.

There is no ‘reset’ option other than reflashing the board/uploading the original config to the board so its how it came in the mail
