Thank you for this information, I was able to fix the problem without having to call a service technician to respond and charge me.
If you can please help me I wired the photo beams together the negative and positive and wired it to +28v and gnd. And I took the n.o and connected to reopen and the com. To gnd. The gate closed but doesn't open light blinking on close limit
i have a viking k2. my dolor panel for some reason is not charging up the battery. could it be a bad solar panel?

Could you tell me what is happening if the open and close limits keep resetting themselves? We set the limits and a couple days later we get an alarm saying error no limits with no one touching the panel.

Good day Eric, where are you located? It could possibly be the photo eye holding the gate open. Please try wiping the reflector off and spraying with RainX. This is one of the issues when the gate will not close. If you are in our servicing area I suggest going to our website 352gates.com you can place a service request there.
I have trouble, lcd says open limit. ?. Gate is open. I reset limits like you showed. Open is at limit solid light on. Closed is flashing but gate will not close?.
If you have an error UL then you need an approved UL photo Eye or the gate will not close

I have a F1 viking that wont close it gives me the the code as if the photo eye was not working.

I already installed 2 different omron 3k. But it would just not work.
venudote grandote did you install the 10k resistor for the UL ? Please check your manual for UL325-2016
