All stages react to the highlighted buttons which those something on every stage, they even had some incredible fun charts like the one for kaito's song. The problem was that the song selection was so small that every bad song (like the one of the female ninjas, Babylon, the first sound) reduced it even more. Not only that even with the dlc the game did not get enough songs, they should have just given pvs to the songs exclusive to meddleys that where not in previous games (all the chaos meddley, all but sweet devil in the beauty meddley, the last song in the cool meddley, and two of the songs from the cute meddley) which are 10

The one thing that has always bugged me about this PV is how stiff their hair becomes at 0:12 but then normal at 0:16
It's happened in other Future Tone PVs but it's super apparent in this one

I guess it's to control their hair. In this game, the hair physics are mostly real time and move very fluidly so the hair becoming stiff becomes very obvious.
The reason the hair is stiff in some instances is for control. The first timestamp you show has Miku and Luka spinning and the second has the background spinning instead. If the hair physics were turned on, their hair would be flying everywhere, even more so with modules like Angel.
