My Vida v1 was showing starting problems for a few days. On July 3, 2024 it completely stopped. I asked for Road side assistance through their App and immediately got a complaint number along with assurance that my grievance will be sorted out soon. After waiting for many hours I contacted the local dealer who gave me another number saying that the toll free number given in the App does not work properly. The second number too game me similar assurance promising me to pick the vehicle within one hour. I recd no responce till 11 AM the next day. Again I contacted the local dealer who gave me a new contact number. Again assurance given that within one hour my grievance will be sorted out . Now it is 6 PM, second day since my grievance was raised. I am still waiting for Vidas responce 😢 I shall update when my issue is sorted out.

@sankrantrout bhai maine b mausi k liye hi li thhi. In 4000kms. We've faced this issue for 10-15 times. And even after "limp home" indication. You can start it again and reach home. The battery isn't working with its maximum efficiency but yeah, aap aaraam se ghar jaa skte ho
And till now. The service response is also good. You can go for it, rest I feel. All EV brands & EV scooters are not as reliable as our ICE scooters & bikes. 🥲😅
I purchased vida v1 plus on 30th June 2024 and on 3rd July 2024 while going to office scooty went to safe mode and its motor stops working. Further I have tow my scooty to service center where motor was replaced under warranty. Today also it went to safe mode but after switching off scooty and the restarting thank God scooty started
That's strange. But nothing people, infact in this particular video many people revealed about such problems. I Hope @vidaworld will do something positive in this scenario.
Bhai, I'm also exactly in the same situation! 6ft. & 94 kgs. According to me, neither it is too bulky nor it is tiny. Ola,Ather se badi h thodi but iQube se thodi chhoti. But mere ride krte time weird nhi lgta.

Otherwise,if you're planning for Ola S1x go for 4 Kwh only. At least it'll provide you a great range. 🙂 So, Rizta if you want a bulky scooter from a trustworthy brand, Ola if you want range in budget & Vida V1 Plus as an all-rounder. 🙂
As a vida owner, i would agree with all his points....there are two more negatives....Low range (on riding in ride mode its horrable, 80-85 range) and Build quality is very bad (90% plastic used) 👍
I go for test ride but negative also I noticed in comparison to ather ritza & ola it's not provided auto cut indicator & after changing mode speed increses but peakup struggling like petrol bike you accelerate hardly no smoothening on accelerator on changing mode & indicator outside which broke easily as in bike only good about it's most affordable ola is good but service ,build quality, design worse.Ather ritza best in segment but gold digger so expensive in price & also needed subscription after purchase to access features Google map,find my scooter etc,accessories charge also taken separately.

Within 7 days I faced multiple issues. ua-cam.com/users/shortso7HbzzuUuAE?feature=shared 1) Engine noise and had to replace multiple parts 2) Screen stopped working 3) Data sync issues, odometer,battery percentage, location such features doesn't work. 4) Entire vehicle body is misaligned and tilted towards one side, dealer and service centre doesn't entertain such issues 5) Poor button quality and button difficult to handle. 6) Just one remote key, no lock/unlock feature in remote. 7) Customer care is poor, you won't get any solution other than getting ticket number. 8) In service centre, you have to prove your points. For body alignment issue they will fool you saying product is like that only. 9) Suspension not close to any petrol scooter. 10) Boot space is not water proof, you can't keep any documents or wallet in it .

I live in Bengaluru. I was one to buy from the first batch of vida v1 pro and after using the bike for about 6 months. I realised they claim 160km per charge while it give 95km per charge (such a huge difference isn’t it?) . That too only on eco mode. Depending upon how much you accelerate. Body is good, boot space is good, seat is big hence good. As there was no intimation had called them up for accessories and other software update and literally insisted them up for a servicing because it was already 6months. Took my bike to Magadi Road (20km away)service station. They Kept it for about 2days. Upon going back to collect the bike it wasn’t even cleaned. Accessories wasn’t available. Don’t know what servicing they did to an EV for 2days with no particular parts as compared to petrol scooty. Yet it wasn’t cleaned so I complained n had to wait for 2hrs to get it cleaned. After a few months to this my bike stopped in middle of the road. Asked for pick up service I had to wait for about 8hrs on road. They took the bike n said auxiliary battery was low hence the issue. Asked them how should we know n how to charge he says then, You should come to us to get it charged every 2months. They said Please change it before 1year warranty period is over. Later again no calls or updates regarding servicing for the next few months. Again I had to insist them. This time I took it to a new servicing centre marathalli as it was near to my place. They denied to do the service n said workers are on leave for two days. Later on arguing they agreed. This time my bike had multiple issues. The auxiliary battery was almost dead. The bike only started when it wanted to. Lights up down switch wasn’t working. For every issue he either said take to the showroom you purchased the bike from or take it Magadi Road service centre. Let me remind you they never called up for the servicing or any software updates. Which they promise you that they will do while purchasing. After leaving my bike for about 4 days upon returning same dirty bike but this time more issues was added to it. Mirror was also loose this time. Keys wasn’t working. Only thing they did was cleaned my bike. They again asked to take it to Magadi Road for change of auxiliary battery. So after a few days had to take to Magadi Road. For about 2weeks they only postponed said come later next week siiirrr. After 2weeks when I went there. Told them all my issues they noted everything. Here after 1.6yrs I am asking again for accessories of the bike. They asked it will take a few days if you want auxiliary battery. Later on call they say your warranty expired n all that. There I reminded them of calling them exactly before completion of one year they asked me to come later as it wasn’t available with them. So here after giving it some stress they agreed to change it but only on leaving the bike for 4days. Here I mention them all the issues they noted down n I stated clearly to clean my bike as well. Again upon returning to them after getting a call to collect my bike (after 4days) I see that. They haven’t cleaned my bike. My EV was in open condition. (The headlight work was in progress). Here they tell me that if I have other issues with my bike they won’t clean the EV. Only upon special request they will clean it. I don’t know what the hell is servicing to them if they keep the bike for 4days n yet incomplete work. & what is this special request should we write letter to hero ceo for cleaning our bike? I was angry hence told them I won’t take it unless they clean it. Here the worker says don’t take it. Sell it if you have so much prob. I went to the managers room knocked n he was over a call. I asked him if they won’t clean my bike what is going on with the workers attitude. He said he will join me after completing the call. After 30mins he comes out. Discussed something with this worker. Then he brings everyone out n accused me of mistreating him n his worker. I asked who is he to tell me to sell my bike. He says no do you remember to whom you had requested to clean the bike before depositing it here. I said no I didn’t ask for the persons name. He says hence we won’t do it. Then the worker goes ahead to accuse of making a video of him to post it online. Out of nowhere. Trust me. They all team up against a customer n created a ruckus. I asked them to go through the cctv if any such thing had happened. That’s when the manager says you even misbehaved with me what cctv footage you want me to see. He says I interrupted his call, didn’t knock ✊🏽 which I did he might have missed, n was loud. I was in complete shock n felt utterly disgusted to be communicating with these people. Later when the workers left manager says please leave them alone madam they are low wage workers. No matter what I told they had manipulated the whole situation completely. I felt totally helpless n shameful of all this. After all this manager asked me to wait for 30mins. They cleaned the bike n handed me over. So much scene for what?? I know you too must be having so much doubts about all this . But I ask you to go read the reviews especially the negative ones @ Magadhi road vida service centre Bengaluru. You might get an idea.
Hero moto corp. has invested a huge amount in Ather. Hence they aren’t focusing much on their own creation of EVs. They might later take over Ather completely n leave us Vida owners stranded with all these issues. They don’t really care what happens to these set of buyers. All these things made me feel. Didn’t expected such things from such a big company like hero but later on understood it just business for them, this is how it works..

Bhai... How bad is buttons issue? Have you enquired with old buyers?
If you're asking about the buttons which keep getting stuck (like the kill switch mentioned in the video) I've seen it in the service center too.

@@freewanderer2307 dikki issue barabr se close nhi hoti... Limp mod bich raste me band ho jati hai.. Battery disconnect issu kabhi kbhi battery show nhi hoti
