V1 is not built for youngsters who want a fast scooter like ntorq. Its a heavy scooter but well balanced and it has height and recommended for people who has a problem in charging a vehicle. Very convenient to take the batteries out and charge it. Range is around 95km with pillion Eco/Ride mode. Service in Bangalore is good. Only had issues with seat lock and some scratches during delivery but all of them are resolved in a day, even spare vehicle was provided with door step pick up drop. There is a seat water leakage issue under heavy rain only on the back storage. Ride is smooth and no issues after first servicing. If you are in no hurry wait for Vida V2 mostly it will come out next year.

You can charge at Ather Fast Charging Stations, and I do so regularly. At these stations, the maximum charging capacity is up to 80%. For the Vida 1 Pro, charging is free for its lifetime.

Software Issues are 1) Bluetooth is not easily getting connected when i open app. 2) Odo meter reading difference in Vida v1 screen and Vida v1 mobile app. 3) Date is not automatically getting sync with server. 4) SOS is not working, even after configuring emergency contact in app. 5) Trips are getting captured incorrectly. Sometimes it skips trips and some times calculate incorrect kilometer which is 3 times of actual. 5) Android mobile app notification visible only if you open app. No real time notification (Toast message). 6) False Intruder alert. Mechanical Issues: 1) Front Disc is jam which is majorly impacting range and increasing pressure on EV Motor.
Vida V1 pro has a battery of 3.94 kw and a range of 80 km in test with two riders. My bounce infinity e1 with 2.5 kW battery in eco mode at a speed of 43-50 km gives me range of 100-105 km for single person with 15-20 kg luggage and 92-95 km for two persons. I have driven more than 11000 km. I think Hero vida is giving lesser range compared to bounce infinity despite of higher battery capacity.

After 10km range left no guarantee kitni chalegi. My scooter last reflected 8km and from there suddenly the range dropped to 2 km. and the scooter stopped working. I switched off and switched on after 10 minutes and brought it back home through a short cut road with 8 - 10 speed.

Not everyone is getting a perfect working Vida scooter. 40% of them are complaining of some malfunction in this scooter. So Vida may improve on their manufacturing & testing process now for making a better scooter in the future, but for now, its a not a correct choice to purchase.
My Vida v1 was showing starting problems for a few days. On July 3, 2024 it completely stopped. I asked for Road side assistance through their App and immediately got a complaint number along with assurance that my grievance will be sorted out soon. After waiting for many hours I contacted the local dealer who gave me another number saying that the toll free number given in the App does not work properly. The second number too game me similar assurance promising me to pick the vehicle within one hour. I recd no responce till 11 AM the next day. Again I contacted the local dealer who gave me a new contact number. Again assurance given that within one hour my grievance will be sorted out . Now it is 6 PM, second day since my grievance was raised. I am still waiting for Vidas responce 😢 I shall update when my issue is sorted out.

Hero Vida electric scooter have so many problems. This Vida electric scooter have lot of hardware and software problem. I used Vida scooter since more than one year and faced lot of issues on Vida scooter. Scooter got stopped anytime anywhere on the road while riding. Sometimes scooter couldn't turn on. After four times servicing within one year but problem of the Vida scooter couldn't resolved. If you buy Hero Vida scooter you will get frustrated. Customer care, service centre, delar couldn't address your problem. Company should tested and R & D Vida scooter properly before launching in market. So please never buy Hero Vida electric scooter.

I own Vida V1 Pro.... And it shows 100 km in 100% charge... Its hard to drive to above 100 km.... Completed 10,000km in 6 months... 🎉
