Palak paneer & palak dal looked good , paneer tikka & noodles looked too red ; hope no colour was used 😮. Please avoid burnt/ black portions of rotis - it's an acrylamide , a known carcinogen.

सुस्वागतम पुणे. सुरत गुजरात ला जाऊन पुण्यात..? छान दिसतो आहे हा बुफे.. नक्की जाऊन येऊ. आमच्या घरापासून लांब आहे पण नक्कीच जाऊ.. कोणीतरी भाजलेल्या रोटी बाबत लिहलं आहे.. पण कडक रोटी किंवा रोटी जरा तशीच पाहीजे नाहीतर ती रोटी कच्ची लागते.. अशीच भाजलेली हवी.
