That's so cool! You guys kind of do an American industry tour. publicly breaks the myth The USA is 100% import and outsource. The working class don't get no love, this type of stuff makes us feel de-marginalized.
We see the guys Installing prototypes on your rig in the middle of the night or at the end of a day. Or the rigs that people build then transport 1000's of miles to shows. As a manufacturer I know the hell these guys go through to get that done. It's not for the money, we come to love our employees and would die if we had to close the doors.
thanks guys and God Bless you!

Having been in manufacturing for over 30 years as a Machinist, I can attest to how rare this type of facility is here in the U.S.. You guys did a terrific job of presenting this company and I'm sure they are very happy as well. Big thumbs up for a great video and to JL for sticking with U.S. workers despite the temptation to outsource to cheap foreign labor.

JL Audio is the absolute best! After visiting shops wanting to overpower subs and even toss cheap brands at me. I contacted JL Audio and they recommended me jus what I wanted and what I needed. Hands downs the best. A year later and nothing blown and all 11speakers&subs sound clear and hit like day 1!

Made In The USA as far as mobile audio goes isn't necessarily a good thing. At least not in this day and age, maybe 20 years ago it would've been a big deal. All the premium stuff is Made In Korea now. Anything else in comparison is mediocre at best.

I think some of their stuff is made in the US . I have a set of C3 650 componants bought at a local JL dealer that say made in China all over them. One of the drivers failed, but I don't blame that on the speaker or where it was made. I've been into car audio for decades and destroyed one of every brand and one of everything .

As far as the subs go I've always ran the W 0s because they worked better for my budget and they don't need as much air space so I didn't have to full fill my whole vehicles with a speaker box. Even know they are the bottom of the barrel subs they still sound amazing and thump so hard. I never felt like I needed to update to the better versions.

I live in Florida and have some solutions for removing love bugs. It's going to sound weird but you can use either baby shampoo or a wet dryer sheet/ fabric softener sheet soaked with water. I actually did it yesterday to my jeep. I would also recommend not letting the bugs stay on your jeep too long. Their guts are acidic and can eat away at your clear coat. I hope this helps.:)

i love it when i can get more performance with half the throw. Great video. I'd honestly like to see more videos on 100% US made manufacturing. I've bought various speakers over the years and really never gave it much though. Looks like JL puts a ton of thought, tech and actual people to make their stuff. I would have geeked hard but I live in south TX far away from Miami. Can't wait for part 2.

I'm from Denmark myself, and have been using the DALI loudspeakers myself (DALI = Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries).
They are audiophiles too, and it shows in their products - And buying product from people that are passionate about the thing that you do, is often a recipe for success.
If nothing else, than for the simple reason that they will have figured out fixes to something that no-one else thought of.
Like the fact that boats, cars and other vehicles move around, and need a sturdier design than your house speaker. 😃

My mom lives in pinellas park, near the Clearwater and St Pete area. I know how yucky it gets there. I had no idea JL Audio is made here. What a great, informative video. Looking forward to the audio bling install.

Cypress Hill "Insane in the Membrane" would be a good "test" for your new audio upgrade...could actually be your theme song...🤔...👊...while you travel to stay focused!

I have the JL 13TW5V2-4 in my JK Rubicon. If I crank it up It will give you a cracking headache with blood shot eyes after about 20 minutes. 👍🏻🙉

Holy Crap!! You all drove West on I4 to Clearwater, then South on 75 then East across Alligator Alley to Miami, then North 95 after JL Audio? That was a great tour of the facility.

I'm impressed by JL as a company and their precision to detailed production. Truly amazing to hear about a company where you have employees who have been there for decades. Thanks for the tour. Perhaps, a LiteBrite discount code? ;-)
