I totally disagree on not needing 4WD if going off the pavement. But rather 4WD is an absolute necessary must for off-road ice conditions and mud. Ford makes the Transit Trail 4WD Van. I got stuck ‘again’ with my truck last Sunday right in my friends driveway in 2WD being stationary with no movement when spinning on ice, then put it in 4WD to get instantly out.
"Ya wanna see dis ban? Call my dad!" Had me crying laughing!😂
Great idea with a front hitch and winch set-up. That is now added to my list of things to do.
Also 2 tow hooks welded to the frame up front.
Morning Erik. Do you have a link for the front hitch? A usable front/rear winch is a great idea IMO too.
