- DIY how to make a garment rack / open wardrobe for Barbie and 1:6 scale dolls. I made this out of mat and cardboard because I didn't have enough wooden dowels in the proper size, but it's like the saying goes, there's more than one way to skin a cat.

Thank you!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great job 👏! It looks so cool & holds a lot of stuff 😃 My son has a similar one IRL 😎 I tried to make just a simple clothes rack last year & it looked terrible & was so flimsy 😂 I used it anyway for photos & a vid but then had to buy my dolls a real one 🤓
Niccceee! As usual.
Thanks!
Love it! This can also be used in a fashion store/boutique diorama as a merch stand. Thank you.
Thank you. That's a good point about the boutique setting. I hadn't even thought of that.
🥰👌🌸💮🏵🌼
Incredible! Immaculate work. The craft sticks are lined up perfectly for a clean design. I am always wondering if your job incorporates any of these skills you have or if this is only a hobby.
Thank you. It's just a hobby. I work in 2d animation, sitting all day at a computer drawing on a tablet, so crafting is a nice break from that. One thing they have in common is the level of tedium, a lot of long hard work for small but rewarding results. I remember my college professor from concept & presentation class told me I had "poor craftsmanship" because my cuts weren't straight enough, though it ultimately didn't matter because I majored in digital art. Still, I never forgot that phrase, and I try to work on my neatness.
@@e.d.t. Very cool that you can apply your artistic skills to your job. Makes me think of the classic cartoonists from the 30's through 50's and the remarkable, timeless animations we have from their efforts. I told your story to my boyfriend because he really appreciates anecdotes of someone succeeding in a skill when they were told they were not good enough. If your professor could see your lines now, they'd be proud.📏📐
Can you put the template in here
I'll work on that.
Your work is beautiful
@@aacotten62 Thank you
