42,087 actual mile survivor. This top of the line Lincoln is in excellent original condition. They don't make these land yachts anymore and most likely never will. If you want to experience what irs like to float down the road in luxury, you need to go for a ride!
EXTERIOR: You can look down each side, (which happens to be the length of a football field) it is straight. I didn't see any door dings, damage, rust or bubbles. The paint is claimed to be original and it still shows beautifully. The chrome and trim overall is excellent. The padded vinyl top is excellent. It has the iconic opera windows. This car also has the desirable aluminum wheels. All the glass looks crystal clear. The jambs are clean, weather strips are still excellent.
INTERIOR: More comfy then my living room! The pillow top leather seats are still soft and look practically new. Actually the entire inside looks practically new. The chrome sparkles, plastic trim is not broken, lenses are clear etc. Both vanity mirrors light up. It has tilt wheel, factory Fm stereo, climate control etc. The ashtray is the size of todays gloveboxes. The headliner is excellent, the light color carpet still looks great. Very, very nice.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Big 460 mil under the hood. It is completely in tact and original. All the proper duct work, hoses, stickers, factory paint stamps etc are still proper. The air conditioning was upgraded with R 134 freon.

That's real American luxury, wish Lincoln still built them like this.
The government outlawed these cars the auto makers would love to build cars like this but they are not allowed to.

I am fortunate enough to have a 78. Same colour. I helped my in-laws purchase it . When they aged and no longer could drive it, I managed to buy it.

I had a '77 like that years ago. Dove Grey, 460 V8. Quietest and smoothest ride ever. Fuel economy about 10 gas stations per mile... ouch!

I appreciate when people choose colors that were tasteful and timeless rather than whatever color was en vogue at the time. The cement grey color on this looks like a rare color choice, especially for '77, but it makes this car look almost fresh compared to the usual metallic golds and hideous rust-browns you usually see these painted in.

When Lincoln WAS a Lincoln!
Had a 2 door (Coupe') version of this one, only with Burgundy interior. Nothing I have owned rode as good as it did. Now I am missing mine. I have an '89 and it is close but not quite there. The 460 was a big deal that motivated it down the rode. Come '78, they were fazing it out. Never drove one with the 400 or 351m but they probably suffered a little.

1977 is the Final year the Town Car had full skirts. In 78-79 they were silly looking 1/4 skirts.

You always seem to have nice cars my problem, u never say how much the vehicle cost like specialty motors dose in new Hampshire. WHY.
We used to and got similar comments but different. If we lowered the price, then we were expected to update it on UA-cam. If it sold then people really expected us to put sold on UA-cam too. We still get the last one sometimes, but far less. Everything we do on UA-cam is done manually unlike our dealer platform integrations with actual car sales platforms like eBay, Hemmings, CarsForSale...ect. It is easier for us to direct people to our main website where we have immediate control to make changes that also simultaneously update to other car sales platforms we advertise on. So to track up to 300 vehicles during peak summer months and manually update them on UA-cam is too much.

Brand new a 69 Corvette convertible also only sold for ~$4.5k
Yeah I had a 76 Silver Shadow. I looked up the value of it back then new and it was like what some of these compact cars go for now. Keep in mind new Rolls-Royce's fetch about $500,000 today.
