This man should be known worldwide, I only discovered him in the last 5 years, I am a Canadian with Irish roots, on my mother's side, from Cape Breton, NS, and we all have a bit of the Irish in us. Declan is exceptionally better than any of the so called contemporary country singers we hear today.
