All businesses revolve around people; that is what Bill Kent, W. P. Carey alum and CEO/Owner of Kent Companies, believes. Being heavily influenced by his father, Bill leads his family business by taking care of the people he employs and serves. When his father decided to sell the business, Bill found a bank that would loan him the money needed to buy his family out and it has been his ever since. At the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Bill learned integrity and communication, which is why he believes in giving back to the communities you are in and the organizations that made a difference in his life.
