Your model depiction of the Poughkeepsie side of the bridge is quite well done. The selective compression of the bridge itself is very good. I live near Newtown and I have rail fanned the line many times over the years. Thanks for sharing your layout with us.
The bridge is fantastic. Great detail with the utility lines. Nice work with the filming with some of the shots felt like a railfan trackside. Great job.
I didn't have sound on my computer for this video, but this is a great layout. I have walked across the Poughkeepsie bridge, which is now a pedestrian walkway (it went out of train service in 1974) with spectacular views up and down the river, and down onto the busy CSX track 212 feet below. Your version of the bridge is the best model structure that I have seen anywhere on UA-cam.
Wow, what a great model - congratulations! The bridge is fabulous, too! I’ve been interested in the L&HR and the Maybrook/Poughkeepsie Bridge plays a big part in that story. I am really impressed with the fortitude required to string those electric lines and I’m curious if they get in the way of operations? Thanks for the inspiration!
Congrats on a great accomplishment! The backdrops with suburban houses nestled in the trees are something I don't see on other layouts. Nice touch, and so realistic!

Wow, I’m not a model train enthusiast but the detail on this is stunning! Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic layout. It really captures the New Haven RR in it's prime.
