I feel this movie captures the real essence of Karishma Kapoors unfortunate love life. In real life she broke off with Abhishek due to her mother. In reel life too she broke off her marriage become of her father. Unfortunately Karishma's ist decision was never of her own's but by her family. And later she had too face the consequences. She is a brilliant actor, wishing her all the best and blessings in her life ❤ She did maintain her life well. GOD bless

Its a very beautiful movie and most important thing in the movie is every characteristic is correct in its stand and circumstances. E.g Father its natural for him to not let his daughter be an actress in a world full of filth he is part of.. Mother who is use to being controlled is dependent and cannot revolt and has learned helplessness by society etc. Victor : he is rational and balanced as he is in politics have to manage his reputation and vote bank Mandy didi ; accepting and knows when to step back and understand her husband and M M :She was exclusivity and attention and wanted a normal family whereas Victor is a king and leader whose time is high in demand Rose: She thought meeting new person and restarting life is most apt way for M to floorish so every single POV is correct here... Character of M would have had twist if she decided t go back to acting post her divorce and convinced her father to be what she desired but she didn't have mental strength and focus or will power , she didn't take control of her life let everyone else to meet her needs She had similar opportunities at Victor kingdom as well to do something meaningful when he is away but she didn't , couldn't figure out..#generatethinking What do you say ???

But wasn't zubaida always an impulsive person? To me, she was a person who was too emotional. Now, emotions can be good and bad too. When she was acting in the movie and her father stops her, she threatened to kill herself there with the gun. Before that she was shown a happy person and father not a cruel person. She seemed to be a "bigri hui" person, who just wants her own ways by hook or crook. Whatever happened after that was bad but can't blame her childhood for that.
