Got mine 2wks ago chain was 16mm and 22inch but very heavy at first. I'm gonna ge a new chain but 24inch bcz 22inch look short on me bcz I work out
@@AccentBwoy I have big shoulders and a neck too so 24 is kind of a minimum for me. I actually ended up doing a 24-in by 12 mm for the neck and a 8-in by 12 for the wrist both matching with the same box locks.
Last time I purchased the chain was like '06 maybe. And I still have it! With that mid-2000s bubbly look I've always liked the nice modern flat filed look.
I got a set modern ring that matches with some sapphires in it from one of my jeweler friends based out of Tampa. He does custom jewelry mostly rings and pendants.
And a brand new pair of Randolph Engineering 23 karat aviators with the mineral glass polarized with the antiglare on the inside.
It's going to be really nice for driving or flying!
Two questions.
Im thinking about upgrading from Jaxxon to something more this speed.
1. I know the difference between solid and plated. but what does that do price/quality wise? Is solid not as durable? Is it more expensive? Yours is solid correct?
2. That clasp looks uncomfortable. ... Could you speak to that and how it feels on the back of your neck?

I purchased a 6mm Italian cuban with a box lock from harlem bling and the quality of the lock wasn't great. I won't buy from them again. . My next chain will be from gus

I bought a chain from here and you can see the soldering marks or lines on several links. Dont know if thats good or bad but one link even looks cracked. He said you cant see any soldering marks between the links so I thought I'd leave a comment about that. Still love the chain tho.

What size and length are you wearing?
Are you no longer using recycled silver for your chains with varying silver percentages? Mine came stamped with .925 has a couple extra burs on a few links and my box lock doesn’t click like that, it’s very lose and will come unlocked very easily. The locking wings have very little tension and are shaped differently. Not hating big dawg I still really like the chain
Hey brother, we still recycle silver all the time, and hence probably why yours would have been stamped as .925.
Unfortunately the actual box lock is a pretty crappy design to be honest. It’s whole integrity is based on a base spring that even when handmade will eventually lose tension. I’ve tried making lock boxes wit .890 silver and no matter what, silver is just so soft is always kinda loses shape. I wish I could tell you different but they always do. Either way brother if you have any imperfections you’re not happy with remember you can always reach out to us by phone and we’ll take care of it for you g! What size are you wearing in the video
Chain is alright made. I’m have to take both my bracelets and chain to someone and have them fixed tho. My 10mm bracelet is starting to separate and crack in some of the links. My 12 mm bracelet I never got to wear because the box lock never worked from the jump tried adjusting it and the metal just wore out and broke apart. And my 12 mm Cuban there’s multiple places on the chain where the silver has chipped off the links. The links themselves are starting to crack where they were soldered together. One of the figure 8s that hold the clasp together completely broke off the chain. Mind you I haven’t owned these bracelets or necklaces for that long maybe 6 months if that. And I’m not trying to call out the workmanship maybe I just got some pieces that slipped through the qc check. Also there’s multiple links on all 3 pieces where there’s ball of solder where it was welded together.
