Years ago I had a Canon T3i and the crop sensor makes it permanently zoomed just enough that it’s harder to film yourself. Especially in a car. If you wanted to car vlog with it, you’d have to place it at the backseat of a limousine.
I lost over 100 pounds and I found this channel because of Sam Suleks advice on losing weight/grocery shopping, after I had already lost most of it. Seeing that he knew what he was talking about, I decided to start lifting weights. That was in August and I have been going 6 days a week since. He was right about that too. I also quit drinking a year ago and he is just as right about how bad alcohol is as the rest of it. That's a lot of wisdom for such a young age!

My car broke down yesterday, so I could have skipped the gym today stating "it's too far away I will go when I get my car back" That's an excuse. I hit the buss to the gym, took extra time, and did my workout, then walked back home, took me 1.5h roughly but I showed to myself I can do anything to get the stuff done.

Others, enjoy legs bc as soon as it’s mildly discomforting , they stop. I only sweat on leg days. Absolutely LOVE the feeling of a full leg pump.

Switch to chicken breast babe? Crock pot on high for 4 hours with a McCormick Grill Mates packet and one big can of diced tomato. Super moist chicken that will shred apart. The tomato basil packet is my fave but smoky bacon goes hard too.

250g protein is 1000 calories 111g of fat is 999 calories! That’s how I’d go about it! I’m sure Sam would say you need carbs! I personally feel best with less than 20g per day which would ad an extra 80 calories! Beef, bacon, butter, eggs! That’s it!

Do the current weight you are able to for a month while progressively adding sets and reps, then keep adding 10kgs each month.
